This committee is charged with exploring opportunities to bring non-PES conference publications into IEEE Xplore. This committee works with the leadership of the technical activities and meetings departments of the society to identify high quality non-PES conferences whose technical coverage parallels to or overlaps with the PES areas of interest. This committee is responsible for discussions and negotiations with such entities and making recommendations to the VP-NIO for final decision by the PES Board. In addition to the acquisition of Xplore content, such collaboration may result in special publications like a monograph or a book.
