IEEE-USA Professional Activities Project Funding

Professional activities have become very important to the U.S. IEEE membership in area such as career development, employment assistance, technology policy issues, professional education, government activities, student professional awareness and precollege mathematics and science education. Some professional activities projects bring in contributions from other sources or generate their own income (e.g. from registration fees). If society’s financial resources and anticipated income from an event are inadequate to advance the amount required to promote and implement it, the Society PACE Chair may apply for Divisional Professional Development Funds. This is done through the Divisional PACE Coordinator, using the procedure outlined below.*
