PES-Careers Global is maintained by an Administration Team composed of scientific experts from different universities. The team includes Prof. G. Chicco, Politecnico di Torino; Prof. C.C. Liu, University College Dublin; Prof. C.A. Nucci (responsible), University of Bologna; Prof. K. Strunz, Technical University of Berlin; Prof. A. Testa, Second University of Naples; and Prof. A. Vaccaro, University of Sannio.

PES-Careers U.S. & Canada is maintained by the Power Systems Engineering Research Center (PSERC), with the lead university at Arizona State University. PSERC is also working in cooperation with PES members who are Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD).

Administration of PES-Careers is done is cooperation with and support of the IEEE Power & Energy Society.
