P&E Magazine - November/December 2009
"In My View" Column
The November/December P&E Magazine In My View column is Wind Energy & the Grid by Rob Gramlich, a fitting conclusion to an issue devoted to wind integration. This column looks at the inadequacy of the US grid the challenge to the engineering profession, present and future, to try new solutions on new problems and to break new ground. Mr. Gramlich cites the European experience to the dramatic increase in renewables as a success story to be emulated and improved upon. Further discussion is encouraged and should be sent to molken@ieee.org.

We also welcome In My View column contributions from our readers and anyone interested in accepting this offer may contact me for details molken@ieee.org.
