IEEE Mourns Roger Pollard

Roger Pollard, IEEE Board Member, died on Saturday, 3 December 2011. An IEEE volunteer for 25 years, Dr. Pollard's long list of accomplishments include serving as chair of the IEEE Technical Activities Board and president of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society.
