IEEE provides administrative assistance to chapters. Some of the services are free and some of them, like IEEE logo letterhead, are sold for reasonable prices.The list of the offered services is:

  • An Officer of a Section (usually the Section Secretary) should order the pin for behalf of the Chapter by sending an email message to either of the following addresses: scs-products@ieee.org or d.schreiber@ieee.org indicating information about the order such as Pin recipient Name, Member number, Shipping and Billing instructions and Section name. . The Lapel Pins are $20.00 each and include First Class Shipping and handling. Express carriers ( FED EXP, DHL) are extra.
  • The other option is for an Executive Officer to download the Lapel Pin Order Form (RA-03) from the Regional Activities, Section/Chapter Support WEB page. Complete the form and FAX it to Ms Debbie Schreiber [dschreib@ieee.org], Fax (732-463-3657) for faster service.

This contains information of resources available for the chapters, which Headquarters can provide in addition to the PES.
