EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Pat is responsible for working with the PES Governing Board and Executive Committee in formulating business and strategic plans and represents PES in negotiations and actions with other professional associations. As the Executive Director, Patrick also serves as an advisor to society officers and members and provides leadership for the PES Executive Office staff.

Yuen is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director and the Society, which includes expense reports, purchase requisitions, invoices and others. She maintains PES group email aliases and PES Governing Board roster. Yuen arranges staff team meetings, provides staff logistics and coordination support.

MANAGER – PES OPERATIONS & RESOURCE CENTER

Sissie as the Operations & Resource Center Manager executes the every-day business and operations management e.g. financial budgets and forecasts, conferences, publications, educational activities, membership development, promotion of society activities, etc. of PES. She provides reliability and efficiency in staff operations while ensuring compliance of all Society operations with IEEE and Society Bylaws and accepted business practices. In addition, she manages the administration, development and strategic planning of the PES eCommerce portal, Resource Center.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR – PES SCHOLARSHIP PLUS INITIATIVE

Dan is responsible for the promotion, management, and day-to-day operations of the IEEE PES Scholarship Plus program. He works collaboratively with volunteers including but not limited to: PES VP of Education, PES Scholarship Plus Executive Advisory Council, as well as the Regional Scholarship Committees to achieve Scholarship program objectives. He manages and maintains the Scholarship Award and Career Experience master schedule and plan. Additionally, he provides coordination and assists the IEEE Foundation and Development Office staff on fundraising initiatives in support of the program.

ADMINISTRATOR - PES MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
Shanon Nason

Shanon administers the PES Awards & Recognition Program and Chapter Award Program, provides plaques, certificates and honoraria, and fulfills requests from PES Board members and other volunteers and members, as appropriate. Her additional responsibilities include supporting PES membership projects.

ADMINISTRATOR - WEB CONTENT &TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR

Steven provides support to various technical projects which includes both the main and eCommerce portions of PES web site and other items. He provides recommendations and guidance to non-technical staff and volunteers on computer-based issues. Steven is also responsible for preparing videos for use on the web and on DVDs.

Maria serves as liaison to Editors-in-Chief of PES Transactions, IEEE Publication Department and Technical Committee Program Chairs. She is the administrator for the PES conference paper submission and review sites for all PES sponsored meetings, and schedules Technical Sessions for PES General Meetings, T&D & PSCE. She also creates the Technical Program and Proceedings for PES General Meeting, T&D & PSCE as well as other PES sponsored conferences. She coordinates the publication of PES Special Publications & Tutorials.

Randi serves as the administrator for the IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion, the IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, and the IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy. She is responsible for supporting the Editors-in-Chief during the paper review process and scheduling of Transactions issues, providing technical support on Manuscript Central, and responding to author inquiries. She is also responsible for posting publications-related content on the PES web site and for providing support to the PES Technical Council by scheduling committee meetings for the General Meeting.

Sue works with Executive Director to manage the IEEE Power & Energy Society's Education business and services in accordance with IEEE and PES policy, procedures, and precedents, and to provide analysis and strategy to guide the decisions of the Society's Board. Coordinates, develops and oversees the Plain Talk series of courses.

LaToya serves as the administrator of the Plain Talk series of courses. She manages the event planning, coordinating and overseeing the logistics of events and addressing any issues or problems that arise using standard or innovative solutions. She provides marketing support to PES educational events, programs and products. LaToya also performs administrative duties in support of PES Education Services.

D'Nese is responsible for managing activities related to PES Meeting business and provides leadership, guidance, and training for volunteers. Working with the Executive Director and Vice-President Meetings, D'Nese develops appropriate strategies and provides written, informative "issue papers" for inclusion in the conference board, executive committee, or Board of Governor agendas in support of conference related activities.

Roseanne assists in the creation of meeting assessment reports based on statistical and other (e.g., anecdotal) metrics. She responds to inquiries and supports due diligence related to PES conferences (research, compilation of data and messaging, etc.) Roseanne participates in pre-meeting and possible on-site support for the financially sponsored conferences and provides meeting support by preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
